The pentagonal garden is situated in a spacious two-level area, surrounded by stone walls, located adjacent to the hotel.
In the past, the residents and workers of Aplis used it to grow the vegetables needed for their sustenance.
Today, it has been restored and will be partially used as a vegetable garden and partially dedicated to the cultivation of aromatic plants, also serving as a small botanical garden.
